Damon Swift is a Continuous Improvement practitioner with 35 years of hands-on experience leading improvement efforts through real operational challenges. He has worked directly with teams to implement sustainable change, navigating resistance, setbacks, and lessons learned while driving measurable results.
John Carnuccio is a seasoned executive and advisor with more than 40 years of leadership experience, primarily in the manufacturing sector. He has guided organizations of all sizes in building high performance teams and people focused cultures and currently serves as an Executive Partner with Magellan Executive Partners. Through his work, he partners with executives and leadership teams to strengthen effectiveness by mentoring and coaching leaders to inspire, engage, and deliver results. John blends decades of executive experience with a deep passion for people and culture.
